At PVF Depot, we aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. All product prices listed on our website include standard shipping within the continental United States — there are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders require 1–2 business days for processing and packaging before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, carrier schedules, and destination.
Accurate Contact Information
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a valid phone number and email address for the recipient at checkout. For LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipments, carriers are required to contact the recipient by phone to schedule a delivery appointment.
Failure to provide accurate contact details may result in delivery delays or additional redelivery fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations are not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active after dispatch.

We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and certified LTL freight partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. The carrier used for your order will depend on product size, weight, and destination.

Damaged Packages
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your package or product arrives damaged, contact us immediately at help@pvfdepot.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.
