Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with PVF Depot. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in the same condition as when received, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories included.
Products that show signs of use, installation, or modification are not eligible for return or refund.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as PVF Depot is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@pvfdepot.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for completing the return.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@pvfdepot.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund—minus the 25% restocking fee—will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
